We are seeking a Laboratory Equipment In-House Sales Support Specialist and Administrative Sales Assistant for our United Kingdom location and a Quality / Regulatory Manager, Service / Manufacturing Technician, and Laboratory Equipment Sales Assistant in our Metuchen, New Jersey location to join our team. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational skills.

IN-HOUSE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST – LABORATORY EQUIPMENT - UK:

SPEX CertiPrep, Ltd. is looking for an In-House Sales Support Specialist for our Sample Preparation Division. The position will be based at SPEX CertiPrep, Ltd. in Stanmore, England, a suburb of London. SPEX CertiPrep’s product lines include a range of sample preparation equipment. You will be part of the sales team, supporting the UK and International businesses with pre and post sales support. Roles will include customer development, demonstrations, quotations and marketing. Full technical training will be given. This is an ideal position for a newly qualified science graduate of the chemistry or the material sciences. ADMINISTRATIVE SALES ASSISTANT – LABORATORY EQUIPMENT - UK:

SPEX CertiPrep, Ltd. is looking for a part time Administrative Sales Assistant for 16 hours a week. The position will be based at SPEX CertiPrep, Ltd. in Stanmore, England, a suburb of London. We are requiring a part time person to assist in our sales office. Main duties include order processing, stock control, shipping, maintaining accounts databases such as debtors/sales ledgers and general administrative tasks. Some chemistry background preferred but not essential. We offer a comprehensive package including pension, health benefits, etc.


QUALITY / REGULATORY MANAGER – CHEMICAL PRODUCTS - USA:

The Inorganic and Organic Manufacturing Divisions is looking for a dynamic person to lead its QA and Regulatory efforts. The candidate needs to be able to coordinate external and internal audits. The candidate should be able to lead improvement teams and projects. Familiarity with quality tools such as Lean & Six Sigma is a plus. Position will require creating and maintaining SCP Charts for both manufacturing and quality control functions. Requirements include a degree in Chemistry or related field and should be a Certified Lead Auditor or a Certified Quality Engineer with a minimum of five years experience with regard to compliance in ISO Standards such as 9000, & 17025’s, experience in chemistry is helpful. Knowledge of regulatory affairs with regards to the USEPA, DOT, and OSHA is desired as well as understanding Federal, State and Local Agencies’ guidelines for Chemical Manufacturers. SERVICE / MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN – LABORATORY EQUIPMENT - USA:

The Sample Preparation Division is seeking an energetic and motivated Service / Manufacturing Technician for Electro-Mechanical Instruments with mechanical assembly, quality control, customer service, and troubleshooting experience. Position will require a HS degree with minimum 5 years of experience with troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of electro-mechanical laboratory instruments with a solid understanding of basic electronic principles, knowledge of embedded control systems a plus and ability to read and work from mechanical drawings and electronic schematics. SALES ASSISTANT - LABORATORY EQUIPMENT - USA:

The Sample Preparation Division is seeking a dynamic individual to support the day-to-day Sales and Marketing Department. Requirements include an Associate’s degree preferably in a scientific, biotech, or engineering discipline, good computer skills (Microsoft Office), and excellent written/verbal communication skills with experience in customer service. We offer an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, flextime & more.
